Description
1-2-1 Career Speed Networking event for school students in year 9/10.
Hosted at the Institution of Civil Engineers, in central London.
Students have the opportunity to sit down face to face with rail professionals from all across the industry for 3-5 minutes, to ask questions and learn from their experience, before moving onto the next professional.
Speed networking will last for approximately 1 hour, with informal networking / discussion afterwards (including light refreshments).
There will be around 100 students, sitting down with mentors from all areas of the industry, from operations, to maintenance, senior leadership, graduates / apprentices, projects, and areas such as commercial development, legal, planning and more.
This is a great opportunity for a young person to discover the opportunities available within the transport industry, and help attract the next generation of young people into rail careers.
