YRP are working with the UCL Women in Engineering Society to put together a panel discussion evening!

Each year, young people from a diverse range of backgrounds join the rail industry, often through graduate and apprentice schemes. Rail is a great sector in which to work, and it presents many opportunities to progress and achieve great things, both individually and as part of highly successful teams.

YRP has hand-picked a number of guest speakers to present their engaging career paths in the rail industry and answer questions. Although our speakers are from different parts of the industry and have varied experiences, they all have something in common, a great story to tell to inspire.
