What do I like most about my job?
I love dealing with people, and that’s what my job is all about; coordinating the efforts of my team to ensure the OLE is delivered safely, and to time/cost/quality.

The diversity in regards to the people, locations and purpose. I’ve worked on £bn Line Upgrades and £60k bus station refurbishments – each with a different purpose and helping different communities, but equally important.
