The rail sector needs many thousands of new recruits to support committed investment programmes, and to drive the uptake of digital technologies by providing an influx of new ideas and capabilities. But by working collaboratively across the whole industry, we can try to bridge the infamous skills gap – and that’s where Rail Week needs your input!
